Peter J. Gough received his B.A. with honors from the University of Buffalo and his J.D. from Duquesne Law School. Since 1990, Mr. Gough has focused his practice on civil litigation and workers' compensation, representing injured workers. He also serves as legal adviser to a local union of the Pittsburgh Board of Education on workers' compensation issues.

A member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Allegheny County Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section, and the Westmoreland County Bar Association. Mr. Gough has participated and lectured at several workers' compensation seminars throughout Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the Western District of Pennsylvania Circuit Court.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Gough is also an accomplished musician and author. His other interests include jogging, skiing, mountain and road biking. A native of Brooklyn, NY, he currently resides in Murrysville with his wife, Christine, and daughter, Summer.
