Marketing Coordinator | The Law Firm of Quatrini Rafferty| Greensburg, Pennsylvania

Job Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator is a face of the law firm, interacting on a regular basis with clients, vendors, outside attorneys, and peers.

QR needs someone who has a positive, can do, professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills and who is articulate, well organized, innovative and able to multitask

Integral tasks of this key role are:

  • Work with the managing partner to strategize all marketing endeavors for the firm's 4 office locations, 15 attorneys, and 6 key practice areas.
  • Identify short and long-term local and industry market-trends; recommend options/courses of action; implement directives.
  • Maintain all company correspondence such as brochures, presentations, professional biographies, hard copy and email newsletters, blog posts, website content, press releases, social media postings, podcasts, and videos.
  • Maintain research databases by identifying and assembling internal client and external forecasting information
  • Coordinate all firm-based community sponsorships and participation
  • Plan firm-sponsored events throughout the year


  • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing. We will also consider candidates from Communication, Public Relations, or other media-related educational backgrounds.
  • 2-5 years minimum experience requirement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skillset including project initiation, timeline collaboration and execution, priority-setting, collaboration.
  • Timely completion of tasks.
  • Deep knowledge on the following social media and related marketing platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Constant Contact, Word Press
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Word Perfect, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Premier Pro)
  • Operational knowledge of and ability to digest tech-intensive platforms like Google Analytics, back-end of websites, AdWords, and related data-driven tools.
  • Ability to work independently and lead marketing initiatives for the firm, delegating, as necessary.
  • Willingness to join professional organizations and to be a life-long learner.

Hours are typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but with flexibility to set up and attend events in the evening and on weekends, operating, primarily, out of our Greensburg office location. The Marketing Coordinator will also be asked to spend time at the firm's other office locations in Pittsburgh, Latrobe, and Altoona.
