Welcome to Quatrini Law Group and our legal tip Tuesday. Uh today uh we are here with our personal injury department. Uh I’m Jeffrey Monzo uh with Joyce Levant E Pritman and with our newest personal injury attorney, James Miller and we’re here today to talk to you about uh if you uh are involved in an accident, some important uh tips to remember uh just after the accident. Joyce, we see so many people uh that come to us and have some serious injuries, but they don’t have sufficient information that maybe they could have gathered at the scene of a collision. This is important, especially if there’s not a police report. You should use your phone and take photos of everything that you can take photos of when you’re there. property damage, the area of the incident, the driver’s license of the other driver that’s at fault, and pictures of identification and photos of any potential witnesses. These can be very important when we investigate the case for you. And Joyce, it’s so funny. We talk about it so much with clients, but so often we see the difference in cases when somebody does collect that information and when they don’t. And so if somebody collects that information or gives us a call as soon as possible to get our own investigator out taking photos of the scene, collecting witness statements. It is the make or break point of a case sometimes. So be sure to give us a call and get us involved sooner rather than later. Yeah, we have a a great investigative team on staff here at Quadrini Law. Uh recently we had a case where our investigator was able to capture video surveillance from a business across the street from an accident that without that information we wouldn’t been able to bring a great result uh for that client.
