Our Approach

How We Helped

After obtaining records from the Veteran’s orthopedic surgeon, QLG was successful in obtaining a new compensation and pension examination for the Veteran, which ultimately – because of the new records – increased the Veterans residuals of the right ankle, and, connected to service the left ankle and left knee problems as secondary to the years of poor walking and standing from the right ankle injury sustained in service.

Case Result

The Result

QLG was able to get Veteran awarded a 100% rating for his right ankle replacement for a six-month period of time.
