Successful Application for SSDi After a Workers’ Compensation Injury

At the hearing, we were able to successfully argue that the client’s impairments would limit them to sedentary and unskilled work, which would support an award under Medical Vocational GRID rule 201.06.

After vocational expert testimony confirmed the lack of transferrable skills from our client’s prior work, the Administrative Law Judge issued a fully favorable decision with retroactive payment to our client.
