Traumatic Brain Injury – Benefits Reinstated After Appeal

At the two-year mark, the carrier denied the claim under the Any Occupation standard, stating that our client was not totally disabled from any job for which he was reasonably suited by education, training, and experience, even though the client continued to experience severe cognitive difficulties, speech deficits, significant headaches, and profound fatigue.
