Won a Lump Sum Payment and Future Work-Related Medical Bills for a Laborer Who Suffered Significant Rotator Cuff Tears

Despite undergoing surgeries and sustaining a significant disability to both his shoulders, the employer demanded that the injured worker take a “light duty job.” While attempting to perform the modified job, he ended up hurting his shoulders even more.
