Hello, and welcome back to Legal Tip Tuesday. It’s Vince Quatrini, coming to you live from QuatriniRafferty in Greensburg. We’re open. Everything around us is Green, and QR is back in its offices in Altoona, Latrobe, Greensburg, and Pittsburgh. We’ve been working remotely with you, but now we’re both remote and open at our office locations.

Today’s legal tip, let’s talk about safety for clients and visitors to the QuatriniRafferty offices. It starts with signage at the door giving you a heads up that if you have any COVID-type symptoms, to please go home and check with your PCP. We can always do phone appointments, video appointments—we’ve been doing those, they seem comfortable for everybody as well. The other thing that we want to talk about when we make an appointment with you that we think is a fun idea, the parking lot waiting room. So, call ahead. We’ll have you wait in your car in the parking lot, and when it’s time for your appointment we’ll have you come in that way you don’t have to interact with as many people. We’ll take you right to the conference room from the waiting room, wearing a mask. We have sanitizers at every entrance for your peace of mind. We also have gloves available if you would like. We are only using a certain bank of offices for meeting with clients so that we can sanitize those on a regular basis, again, to offer you another level of comfort.

If you or someone in your household has COVID, again, please disclose that to us because of course that’s important to our staff. We want to tell you that we do not have any members of our staff or their households who have had the disease. The sanitizers, again, you can use those on the way out so that you’ll feel comfortable while you were in our facility. You can use the hand sanitizer when you leave. We’ll be wearing masks, our staff, when you interact with us with your mask, again, for comfort. We have plexiglass on the conference room tables so that we’ll have that space as well. Social distancing is what’s being practiced here, as well. Our designated rooms are sanitized regularly – our bathrooms. The rule that I do not like is no hand shaking and/or being very Italian – no hugging going on during COVID-19. So, I’m trying to get used to it and of course we need to do it for everyone’s safety.

The thing I want to leave you with today is that we are here for you just as always, ready to serve you in any way that we can. We take care of people’s rights, when they’re injured, when they’re disabled, when they have been discriminated in the employment setting; we’re proud of that. And at QuatriniRafferty we look forward to helping you each and every day – COVID, or no COVID. Until the next time, Vince Quatrini for Legal Tip Tuesday.
