Greenburg, PA – Quatrini Law Group Personal Injury attorney Joyce Novotny-Prettiman is lending her talents to develop leaders of bar associations across Pennsylvania. She is serving as Secretary of the Conference of County Bar Leaders (CCBL)’s executive committee for 2026 and will serve as Vice-President in 2027. The CCLB works with the Pennsylvania Bar to host an annual conference, which took place in State College from February 27 thru March 1, 2026. The PBA organizes this conference every year with programs that helps leaders of bar associations across Pennsylvania meet the needs of their organizations and their members.
Ms. Novotny-Prettiman moderated the panel “Your Year as Bar Leader” which comprised David Blaner, Executive Director, Allegheny County Bar Association; Paul D. Edger, Immediate Past-President, Cumberland County Bar Association and Zone 3 Governor, Pennsylvania Bar Association; and Autumn L. Johnson, President, Mercer County Bar Association.
Ms. Novotny-Prettiman received her from B.A. from Seton Hill Collage and her J.D. from the J.D., Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University (formerly Duquesne University School of Law). She is a past-president and an active member of the Westmoreland County Bar Association. She is also a member of the ABA and PBA.
Ms. Novotny-Prettiman continues Quatrini Law Group’s tradition of supporting Bar Associations throughout Pennsylvania. Founding Member Vincent Quatrini is a former President of the CCBL.
