Mr. Quatrini received his B.A. in Economics from St. Vincent College, and his J.D. from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. Mr. Orsatti earned his degree in Political Science from Marquette University and his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
