Hi, my name is James Miller. I’m an attorney here at Quatrini Law Group. In observance of motorcycle awareness month, this legal tip Tuesday, I want to talk about the aging motorcyclist. I have friends, we grew up in college, and you did what you needed to do to be covered when you rode your bike on the road. You wanted to be legal. you got the bare minimum and the cheapest policy you could possibly have. Now that you’re older, you’ve graduated college, you’re working, hopefully you have a family, maybe some children. Really, you need to rethink the coverage you have on your bike. You can end up in a catastrophic position where your insurance is not enough to cover the damages of you, any passengers you have on your bike, and the financial fallout from you. the motorcyclist being injured in an accident. And again, that could be an accident where you’re not at fault at all, but those benefits that are supposed to help you immediately when you’re injured might not be there because you made a decision when you were much younger and you haven’t updated. So, it’s time to take a look at that policy. Reach out to us at Quatrini Law Group. We are always willing, totally free, to talk to you about your policy.
