Legal Tip Tuesday: Gulf War Veterans An Important 2026 Deadline

Did you know there’s a deadline to file for PAC Act benefits for Gulf War veterans for conditions like asthma, sinusitis, headaches, golf war syndrome and others that could be caused by burn pit exposure. Your condition has to be diagnosed by December 31st of this year. If you’re not sure how to get it diagnosed or what the requirements are for a diagnosis, the VA has some specifics for certain conditions.
