This is a Legal Tip Tuesday from the Quatrini Law Group. My name is Joyce Novotny-Prettiman and I’m one of the attorneys here who help people who are
injured in auto accidents and other personal injury matters. We are concentrating today on important tips about motorcycle insurance in honor of Motorcycle Safety Month which is in May. And you may not know, but under your motorcycle insurance, you do not have to choose a tort election as you do
on your car insurance. So any time you are injured in a motorcycle accident, you’re considered to be full tort regardless of what your private auto insurance election is. So it’s good to know. It gives you more protection and it’s a reminder to also have you take a look at your household policies to make your make sure you are full tort on those as well. Thank you.
