My name is Jeff Monzo. I’m one of the personal injury attorneys at Quatrini Law Group and this is your Legal Tip Tuesday. May is motorcycle safety awareness month. So, we’re taking the time to talk about our motorcycle accident cases that we have here at Quatrini Law Group. We have 65 years of experience handling motorcycle  cases within our personal injury group. There’s two common themes that come about. One is, unfortunately, people in motorcycle accidents are seriously injured and compounding that problem is the fact that most motorcycle drivers are blamed for the accident. And that’s where we can come in for you and our years of experience can come in for you. We have a great team of lawyers and investigators and experts that help us in these cases. If you come to Quatrini Law Group being involved in a motorcycle accident and you’re blamed for the accident, we send our investigation team out to talk to witnesses, take photographs, obtain videos of of the accident scene, maybe there’s a a store with a video camera that captured it or a commercial building. We then take that information and we can consult with experts in accident reconstruction that can help establish who is the real at fault person is in an accident like this and help you recover for your personal injuries in a motorcycle accident when you’re not at fault. So be careful out there in this motorcycle season and hopefully you remain safe and healthy. If you’re involved in an accident or have any questions, call us and our experience here at Quatrini Law Group.
