In today’s Legal Tip Tuesday, Attorney Jeffrey Monzo shares an important reminder for motorcycle owners. Make sure your policy includes uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. Without it, you may not have adequate protection if you are hit by a driver with minimal insurance. Learn how to protect yourself before riding season begins.

My name is Jeffrey Monzo. I’m one of the personal injury attorneys at Quatrini Law Group and this is your Legal Tip Tuesday. I want to talk this this morning to all of the uh motorcycle owners and riders out there. One of the things I like to tell you first is on your motorcycle insurance policy to make sure that you are covered under your uninsured and underinsured motorists coverage. We oftentimes see our motorcycle clients involved in accidents that don’t have that protection. And what that means is if you’re hit by somebody on the road that only has minimum policy protection for you, you have no other layer of insurance to to protect yourself. So make sure you check your motorcycle policy and that you have underinsured and uninsured motorist coverage. And we also I also want to tell you this morning we handle a lot of motorcycle cases. our personal injury team here does.
