Hi,  I’m attorney Terresa Rerko, one of the attorneys here at Quatrini Law Group. Today, I wanted to share a little bit of information of how you can keep track of your case information to help us make your case stronger. One of the things that I tell all of my clients is keep a notebook, keep a sheet of information, whatever works best for you. maybe an app on your phone, but anything that happens, any treatment, keep track of that as we work through your case, we will be asking information over and over sometimes about who your doctors or providers may be, what  appointments you’ve had, what tests you’ve had. The easiest way to  keep track is to write it down somewhere so that we can get that from you as we work through your case. Uh, one of the things that we need in our Social Security cases is always to know what your current  medications are. Don’t think we’ve lost your list or have forgotten it. We want you to keep it updated even if you take the same medication, but perhaps the dosage has changed in some way. That’s very important for us to know because it’s important for your case. Anytime you receive something from the Social Security Administration in writing, uh, any letters, keep track of it. If you’re not sure that we’ve received it, give us a call or shoot us a text or an email and we’ll let you know whether we did or not. Generally, we do, but once in a while they forget to send a copy to us. And we want to make sure we don’t miss anything. Uh, any appointment that you have with us, bring copies of that information with you. If we need to make a copy of it for our file, we’ll do that. And that’s another way for us to keep track of your case. And we hope that these have been great tips for you to use as we work together to make your case stronger. Thank you.
